Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Gracie Abrams Official Store merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
